Private Events with Sweet Spinners

Looking to add a little magic to your special event? Sweet Spinners is here to elevate your gathering with our delightful cotton candy creations! Perfect for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and more, our cotton candy clouds will leave your guests with smiles as sweet as our spun sugar.

Event packages and pricing

Outdoor Events:

Minimum 3-hour booking for 1 active Spinner.
Minimum 2-hour booking for 2 active Spinners.
Requires a 10 ft x 10 ft flat area for canopy setup.
$150 per hour, per Spinner. After the minimum hourly requirement, enjoy a $25 discount per Spinner, per hour.

Indoor or Sheltered Area Events:

Minimum 1-hour booking for 1 active Spinner.
Minimum 2-hour booking for 2 active Spinners.
"Sheltered Area" includes spaces like garages, pole barns, or other structures with a roof and three sides.
$150 per hour, per Spinner. After the minimum hourly requirement, enjoy a $25 discount per Spinner, per hour.

Additional details

Setup & Teardown: $100
Travel Fee: $0.35 per mile roundtrip
Generator Rental: $75 (if 2 dedicated 20 amp circuits are not available)
Inclement Weather Policy: All services are subject to weather conditions.

What's included

Every booking includes:

Four Classic Cloud Shapes: Blossom, Butterfly, Heart, and Twist.
12 Regular Flavors: Banana, Bubble Gum, Blue Razz, Cherry, Grape, Lemon, Lime, Orange, Pina Colada, Strawberry, Vanilla, and Watermelon.
Production Rate: Each Spinner can create 25-30 cotton candy clouds per hour, depending on guest selection.

Specialty Clouds

Specialty clouds are available, but they may be subject to climate conditions. Contact us for more details on creating the perfect clouds for your event!
